SPRING CAMP & TEAM AZ EVALS

No-Refund Policy for Hockey Camp Registration: We appreciate your interest in our hockey camp. To ensure a smooth registration process and effective planning, we have implemented a strict no-refund policy within one week of the camp start date. Once you have completed your registration and payment, please be aware of the following terms: Refund Window: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within seven (7) days of the hockey camp start date. Cancellation Requests: Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Ryan@AcceleratedAMC.com within the stipulated time frame. Exceptional Circumstances: In the case of documented medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, a organizational credit may be considered at the discretion of the camp organizers. Proper documentation must be provided for such requests. Transfers: Camp registrations are non-transferable to other participants. No-Show Policy: Participants who do not show up for the camp without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund. By registering for our hockey camp, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this no-refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a well-organized and enjoyable experience for all participants.
